Your Route Drops instance stores what you, your dispatchers, drivers and clients enter: orders, pickup and delivery addresses, client contact details, drivers' last known location (while a driver is using the app), delivery photos and signatures. Each instance has its own separate database.
Solely to run your Route Drops instance. Addresses are sent to Google Maps for geocoding and route optimisation. Your email is not used for marketing and is not shared with advertisers.
We also record basic usage statistics for each account: sign-in times, roughly how many minutes a day the app is open, and the number of orders, deliveries, drivers and Google Maps requests (not their contents). We use these only to support customers and improve the app. They are not shared and no tracking cookies are used.
On our own servers. It is not sold or shared with third parties, other than the Google Maps processing above and sending password reset emails. Subscription payments are processed by Stripe: you enter your card details on Stripe's page, and we never receive them.
