These terms cover your use of Route Drops, a courier dispatch app, provided by Armands Melderis. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.
When you create an account, we set up a separate Route Drops instance for your business at its own address: a dispatcher panel, a driver app and a public client order form. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you, your dispatchers and your drivers enter, and for keeping your and your staff's passwords secure.
You agree not to use Route Drops for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service, or to use the signup process to create accounts for any purpose other than genuinely running a courier or delivery operation.
We aim to keep Route Drops available and reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses arising from downtime, data loss, or issues with third-party services (such as Google Maps) that Route Drops relies on.
You own the data you enter into your Route Drops account. See our Privacy Policy for how it is handled, and how to delete your account if you decide to stop using the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Route Drops after a change means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland.
